Yesterday I bought Theodore Rex by Edmund Morris and 1912: Wilson, Roosevelt, Taft and Debs, the Election that Changed the Country by James Chace. I will probably by Mornings on Horseback: The Story of an Extraordinary Family, a Vanished Way of Life, and the Unique Chold Who Became Theodore Roosevelt by David McCullough today.
Theodore Rex is all about TR as president, while Mornings on Horseback is all about the time period surrounding TR from birth until running for president. I can't wait to find out exactly how boring and why it was so boring during the late 1800's!
1912 sounds very exicting too, since i barely know anything about the election of 1912.
The Plot Against America is ok. That's it though, just ok. It better shape up though because all these other books look very exciting and I don't want to be in a bad mood when I get to them.
